Diablo 4 Item Upgrades
Item upgrades allow players to raise the level of equippable items such as weapons or armor, as well as trinkets to a certain level. You can upgrade items at any NPC that accepts the appropriate currency.

This is not practical to implement due to the complexity of the comparison process. There's too little space to perform it properly in the UI.
A script that tests the requirements of an item's upgrade before allowing the item to be upgraded is another solution.
